Procedure

The procedure for applying to Chengdu International School is as follows:

New Students

1. Complete and submit enrollment packet forms
2. Submit your academic records
3. Take assessment tests which may include one or more of the following subjects: English, mathematics, and Chinese. The tests may take up to 2 hours.
4. Submit a copy of the student's passport
5. Receive notification of Acceptance / Denial
6. Submit fees to Finance Office within two weeks of acceptance notification, unless other arrangements are approved

Continuing Students

1. Submit a completed re-enrollment form.
2. Students entering fifth and ninth grade must submit a completed medical exam form, signed by a medical doctor, unless they have had an exam in the past year.
3. Pay all re-registration and capital fees by the date specified in the re-enrollment packet.
